1. Return window
You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to start a return
To start a return, contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if there is any defect or damage.
We will reply with instructions and the return address if your return is approved.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider (usually up to 10 business days).
Shipping fees paid on the original order (if any) are non‑refundable.
5. Exchanges & wrong / damaged items
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
We may ask you to return or dispose of the defective item before sending a replacement.
